By creating an account or using the Stow API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure. Do not share your API keys publicly. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person or organization.
You may use Stow to store and serve files for your applications. You may not use Stow to:
You own the content you upload to Stow. We do not claim ownership of your files. We store and serve your content solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and distribute any content you store on Stow.
We strive to keep Stow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide notice when possible.
Free accounts are subject to storage, asset count, and request limits. Pro accounts have higher limits as described on our pricing page.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your stored data.
Stow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the dashboard.
